Be The Miracle - be-the-miracle.org
Be The Miracle is a non-profit organization founded by Jennifer Hunger in memory of her late daughter, Rachel. Having experienced Rachel’s passing due to a food allergy, Jennifer founded Be The Miracle as a way for her to spread awareness and help those with similar allergies in her community.
When Jennifer approached us with her idea, she only had a domain name and a logo from which we worked with Jennifer to create a brand and website she could point people to. Full with photos of Rachel, tiny details that maintain the site’s continuity, and links to charitable websites, we designed be-the-miracle.org using Webflow. Today, be-the-miracle.org is now a website optimized for all devices that Jennifer can direct people to when they ask for more information.
Yoga With Corinne - yogawithcorinne.com
Yoga With Corinne presented us with a new project as a website designed for a solo teacher. Built with Squarespace, the original design lacked continuity, branding, and a smooth experience. By working with Corinne over the course of 2 months, we were able to create a website with colors that represented the message she was looking to share. We used photos of her and her clients in addition to smoothing and rebuilding the website that was already there.
At the end of the process, yogawithcorrinne.com was a site that displayed everything Corinne was looking to offer. Optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop, the new site was a place she could direct potential clients to visit that also featured a sign-up pop-up for a class she was hosting!
Graceful Chic Magazine - gracefulchic.com
Graceful Chic (GC), a magazine company looking to resume business, needed a website to update their broken 2012 site.
As their old site had not been maintained for almost a decade, making the necessary updates to the underlying software for the website meant potentially breaking the entire website. However, after a few delays to try various workarounds, we were able to successfully update the site and preserve the hundreds of previously uploaded articles.
Graceful Chic was also interested in setting up a store for their magazine where visitors could purchase magazine subscriptions in addition to other merchandise. To fulfill this goal, we set up a store on their subdomain, promos.gracefulchic.com.
At the end of the process, Graceful Chic had a fully functional site that hosted all of their previous articles in addition to being mobile-friendly and company branded. We also installed complimentary tracking on the site to monitor site traffic levels.
Village Chapel Baptist Church - vcbcnh.org
Village Chapel Baptist Church (VCBC) wanted a new website to replace their old one but the process had dragged out without an affordable service option.
After hearing of us through a family member, they requested a proposal which we happily drafted and sent over. We met with multiple members of their church who were involved with the process to determine their specific needs and we had our second client!
With an initial timeframe of a month, the process did take a couple weeks longer than our quote due to a lengthened revision period that VCBC requested. That being said, the process on our end remained largely unchanged as we mocked up the pages during the design stage, changed the color scheme and some thematic elements during the revision process, launched the site over a weekend, and eliminated some pesky 404s during post-launch in addition to arranging a closing meeting with Pastor Mawdesley and providing education for their church members on how to change the slider, update site text, and create a banner for closings.
At the end of the process, Village Chapel had a beautiful 10 page site that reflected their new logo colors and easily introduced visitors to their mission, goals, and church family. We also installed complimentary tracking on the site so that members could easily view their traffic levels.
Craig's iRepair - craigsirepair.com
Our first project, Craig’s iRepair used to be a one-page site which we expanded, gave it a new look, created a more in-depth intake process, looked into Google hosting, swapped hosting providers, and built a site using WordPress, Elementor, and a theme we then customized.
Unfortunately, we did not anticipate Craig’s form program to conflict with the chosen theme, and are currently working on re-creating the site to erase any bugs or errors.
